  1. 0120 306 2244 has been changed and voice message telling that call 9643979797 when calling to 9643979797 number system auto message appearing. I want to speak with customer representative on my query which paytm payment is success but rail ticket did not booked and payment not reached to IRCTC

  2. Paytm is not a customer friendly transaction. Except machine, no human being is available to make a complicated complaint. The contact numbers given in the website are bogus.

  3. I am disappointed that paytm has no customer care number which will help customers immediately .....I hate you paytm ....n now onwards I won't purchase anything from you ....I got notification that my has been delivered but I have received nothing...it's been 10 days now

    I am trying to get in touch with Paytm customer care for last 3 days via phone or mail and surprisingly not a single no is working or any authentic mail id is provided where we can submit our querries. i have paid my mobile bill through paytm and the operator has not recd it and my connection is barred. its a hopeless service i have ever recd from service industry. i think paytm has millions of customer across and now they dont need more business or they dont care for the customers complaints. i think all the customers who have similar experiences should go to consumer court to fight out.
