  1. Highly unsatisfied because of following reasons.
    1. I paid electricity bill on 22-12-16 but electric board didn't receive the amount and they cut electricity line.
    2. We are not able to talk to cotumer care executive.
    We don't get any proof for payment on mail.

  2. hi. i am having my a/c no. in paytm. till 6th fab. i am having 2056 rs. balance in my wallet. in the same i.d. i have generated another account. after this i don't found my previous balance in my account. your customer executive daily commits me that your sr. executives will call me. but till the time i don't have received any call from your sr. executives. it takes more then 10 days. till the time my problem yet has not resolved. please help me out.
