  1. Yesterday I took one car from manappakam to koyambedu bus terminus.he charged rs.750.I didn't get any peak hours in my mobile.and I got estimation cost around 170-180rs ..bt I got 750 what this is can't take this and all...plz take some action .

    1. Hi friend, the same thing happened today for me too. I took from manapakkam to Ramanujan IT city with Uberpool. I charged for rs.331, for the charge consumption only, we have taking the uberpool.

  2. Hi am frequent user of uber some times if driver denies the duty
    Am charged 50 rs first time I dint noticed that asked me to cancel the trip since he is quite away from my pickup point
    But I dint but atlast I have got information stating driver is waiting when I tried to call him his number is in switched of
    I have paid 50 bugs at next time travel and yesterday the same scenario happened driver asked me to cancel the trip directly and I booked other cab they hhave charged me extra 50 bugs who will rectify this if an not getting proper response I know how to get response from uber
    ... I don't mind of such a big brand uber but I can cause at least as a bug small wound to uber

  6. hi i lost my mobile in Uber today from the trip between KK Nagar to T.Nagar drop in Viveks(CHENNAI)

    But the driver is denying the phone is not there but am sure it is in the car only.

Uber is worst ur bloody driver had his phone locked n not able to operate start ride so told me to cancel my ride after waiting for 15 mins i did n unnecessarily got 50rs cancellation charge.Next i booked uberpool cost estimation was 59 with addition to 50 cancellation which makes total 110.When my destination arrived he's showing me 171 rs which was not showing in my mobile n he doesn't know how to speak to customers raising his voice n arguing i asked him ur customer care no he's calling the cab owner n giving the phone what the f*** service r u giving. 1st give a proper customer care no.I work in media 30 to 40k v spend fr cab in a month n if u don't take any action this is the last ride.

  19. booked a uber cab on2.12.1 at about 6.3. pm
    The cab arrived promptly.Destination was near vidyodaya school.TNagar.
    After reaching the school I wanted to be dropped at Bengali association school on Giri road which is nearby &and is my destination proper.
    My driver took a wrong turn and got lost and then traced back to proper destination point after travelling about 1-kilometer extra.
    The estimated trip fare mentioned in my mobile app before starting was Rs.265.46.
    But on reaching the destination the fares shown on driver’s mobile was Rs.593.75.
    Why this gross discrepancy.?There was not much traffic.also.The road was free mostly.
    Car was Trevara cheverolett Name of the driver is Balaji.The driver was cordial and courteous.
    Please arrange to pay back the extra charge levied.i.e.RS.328./

    today I travelled from IIT Colony Pallikarani to TVS- Mount Road- Chennai at 8.20 am
    Driver: Mr Prabhakaran. He showed the fare in his mobile Rs.547.00 and I paid Rs.560.00 ( No change exactly) but I recd Receipt in my mobile as 302.66. How?
    Pls arrange for REFUND.

  22. booked the cab around 12:03pm, then I got a call from the driver. He asked me my location, then he said he will be there 5-10min. He was on other direction, he didn't want to come in my location. my trip got cancelled from driver side. Then I again booked for another cab. Later I saw the message that I saw rs 40 has been deducted from my account. Please refund my money ASAP in my paytm account. As I didn't ride the cab, but Rs 40 has been deducted from cash trip.I again booked for anther cab. the second driver misbehaved with me and threatened me that he will call the police.

  26. Dear Team, I'm a frequent user of Uber but cannot stop myself to comment that you people have such a worst Uber app that it never responds in a timely manner. I always face this issue whenever I try to make my payment or add new card to the payment list where it gets hanged for almost 5-10mins and sometimes more. So when you claim the worlds largest cab service then it should have some minimum performing app where customer is not troubled in this way. I would request if you can make the app more technically strong to provide better customer service. Thanks Vijay

  38. Today(22nd July 2017) I booked a cab from Venkateswara Nagar, Ramapuram to Express Avenue. When I booked it's shown a UBER VIP travel. It's give si much good information about the driver and trip. But neither the Driver was right nor the cab. In driver concern he was drunk and unprofessional. For cab concern the cab was worst I ever seen. It's damaged on the way and AC was not working. But the driver took full money for that trip.when I opposed he used bad languages. In that time I really felt bad and it's was very much urgent to call customer care. But there are no customer care pH no for UBER.When I contacted by Help section there were no reply from them. Very very bad experience. I want to refund the amount but no responses. Really unhappy and Unfair. Please do not travel by UBER. it's a very bad.

  39. UBER ride is very unsafe and uncomfortable. Today (22nd July 2017) I booked a cab from Venkateswara nagar, Ramapuram to Express Avenue. When I booked it's shown as UBER VIP trip. Its gave very much impressed information about the Driver and the trip. But actually it was a very worst.The Driver was drunk. The cab damaged in the mid way itself and AC was not working. I have applied 50 % offer promo code and traveled from my home to tambaram railway station but driver received the amount of entire fare 206 rupees. 50% offer is not applied in my amount but in app displayed successfully applied the code.   46. today i booked a cab from avadi to ponnamalle. It cost 145rs. But driver keep on asking whether i have promo code. And when i book my ride from ponnamelle to avadi(return trip) no one come for pick up. 1st driver said he will pick me in 30mins and then he cancelled the trip. And then it routed to 2nd driver he said he will pick me in ten mins but when i try to reach him he switched off his phone. I waited for more than one hour finally i reach my destination by auto. in my uber account it shows 30rs has been charged for my next ride.
