    My smart card no is 200737596265 (Kanpur,U.P,INDIA) I was calling to reliance customer care many many times, since 25/08/2014 because Big TV Shows error 106.etc I complaint to customer care ...and they says/sms me for recharge,and I recharged with Rs 300 on 25/08/14(approx) my pack is valid till 27/08/14 but they not solve my problem and deducted my amount 300 without using any service.Please solve problem soon and take hard correct action,AND COMPENSATE my amount Rs 300.@Arun Singh Chandel,Sr.Journalists,National President,Rural Journalist Association of India.

  4. Reliance digital tv service is is very bad compared to other services. Purposefully they are making signals poor and charging for solving the same problem. customer care service is also very poor as there is no option to talk with executives. Please don't waste money by purchasing this.

    Hi,

    I had purchased the reliance TV connection on 11th Jan 2016. And the dealer offered silver pack free for three month. That means it should get over by 11 th April 2016. But you have suspended my services. When I called to your customer care, they informed me that the connection got activated on 29 november 2015.That means your executive are saying that I activated the connection before two months of the purchase date, which is mere impossible and its bullshit. This is a clear fraud which you guys are doing with customer. I have all the documents which states the purchase date of 11 th Jan 2016. So you better follow your commitments of free services and switch on my services with in 24 hrs or else I will file a legal case in consumer court forum.

  7. Hi Now when I am trying to call customer care - its not working the numbers 18002009001 and 18602006666. I don't know why they are maintaining like this.....................before I am in Bangalore I feel ok for the signals but now in gujrat signals are very poor.

  8. Very bad service. Today i recharged my bigtv for rs.190/- @ 9.15am. no it became 1.15pm. Till this time i can't use it.and i tried to compliant in toll free number. i called in that number 22 minute. But nobody took my call. my smart card id is 200927781617. mob:9446466947

    On 21.06.2016 I had done a recharge of RS .200 on my reliance big TV (smart card no:200797097392) through paytm and the same was successful.But up to this time channels are not activated.Today at 8.15 pm I have made a call to the customer care and check the balance through IVR and got surprised to here my balance is 154 rupees,for more clarification I have again use the IVR for getting the executive on line,got one person named Jithin,as per him the server was down and he said "call after 30 minutes if you want".I don't know why a customer care executive speak like this to a customer.it was my first experience from such a good corporate .I am also working in a corporate where customer service is treated as valuable thing,after all these I have requested him to make a call back,then also he remains with the same comment "call after 30 m of you want,it's not our duty to call you"
    .I loss RS 12 for these calls to your toll free no.finally I understood reliance is exactly cheating customers without any ethics

  12. Reliance follow stupid recharge process. They don't allow advance recharging. Re-charge is acceptable only on last day, that also you have to call customer care for activating the same. Reaching customer care is one of the biggest project. Need to spend 2-3 hours. The Worst support/services which I have seen. Thinking of switching the DTH provider.

  13. My Big tv id is 200587302339 I lodged a complaint with customer care of signal lost. After 24 problem is continued. For the status I called again to customer care but no satisfactory reply computerised answer is " I have finish todays talk time with customer care staff".
    This is extremely frustrating that I am unable to watch tv since last 24 hrs. & the response of customer care.

  14. I am Not able to view channels on Relience Big TV . I have more than 600 Rs in my account . They block you after you attempt twice. They were not able to hear me . This happened twice. In third attempt , the customer care says you have crossed max limit allowed for the day. Is it the meaning of customer care ?

  15. My product was under warranty but still they charged Rs.500 for the faulty Set Top Box which they replaced 2 days earlier. Raised 3 Service Requests for the reversal of the same but each time the service request is closed without any resolution.

  19. Service is not good. Customer care service is also not good. Very poor signal in Mumbai. Dont go to any digital connection, better to have local cable network who will give proper and better service without disconnection.
