  2. I had placed some orders with the snapdeal.com which they had confirmed via a mail and sms. Now they have cancelled the orders saying that the product is not available from the seller...but still the product available on site...the reason is snapdeal quote low price of the product and when I ordered the product snapdeal change the price..and say product is not available.the had cancelled the orders without my consent.wrost online shopping experience with snapdeal....

  3. Hi, Pathetic service... I have purchased laptop (Lenovo) however there was some issue with motherboard, I called snapdeal n informed about the issue spoke to rep no proper response, shooted email still no response finally decided to call and speak to sup... however sup have very poor knowledge about process.. don't know how to manage situation and end up by incorrect information after calling several time's i got some knowledgeable sup n told me to contact Levono and arrange a tech visit to make sure that the product is bad... after waiting for 72hrs tech came and confirmed the product is faulty... still no upfront call from snapdeal to check what's happening... Got very frustrated and spoke to manager n he arranged for someone to come and pick faulty laptop now more than 5 days m still waiting for my payment to debited in my account... Guy's please don't buy anything from snap deal very bad service, don't have enough knowledge about the process. moreover snapdeal customer care number is always busy v have to wait long to get connected... it's so annoying.

I'm Ronald Davis, I purchased a product on 29th july 2014 order no: 2517274741, snapdeal promised me that item willbe received in 4-7 days ,, but snapdeal fails to deliver my product. after that days snapdeal said to me that made a courier service of India post (AWB Number: ED472604126IN), but that thing is also a failure,,, I can't to track the product till this time,,, I made a minimum 4-6 query regarding my product and no right reply regarding my product and later no reply to my queries....Promised date changed regularly...now it is 15th august (on Independence Day) ,,, I enquired on today at near post office regarding my product ,answer is no item sent to me by snapdeal till this time...tommarrow is Independence day (holiday-post office) ....What is this? Is this treatment to your customers?I feel pity on me reason of I believe in Snapdeal...

    I had ordered a pair of PUMA Shoes from your company vide order no.2910774033. But when I received the shoes I was surprised and shocked on seeing the shoes as they are not the genuine PUMA SHOES. This was never expected from a company of high reputation which claims itself amongst one of the best in terms of excellent  product quality and customer satisfaction. I request you to look into the matter st the earliest and get it resolved.     I waited long n to my surprise on 2.10.2014 I recvd an emsil from thr courier partners..FEDEX, that the item is delivered....thy delivered somewhere else...
    Its shocking that the product is delivered to some othr place n I am still waiting for Snapdeal to take an action and refund my money..

    I've placed an order for Nikon Semi SLR Camera. I always shop from Flipkart, however they didn't have the black colour and so had to opt for Snapdeal. Product is not yet delivered and it's been 4 days already. I'm in Bangalore, Seller is from Bangalore. I don't think it should take this long for the dlivery.

    After reading all the negative comments about Snapdeal from this thread, I'm now getting worried. Damn. I shouldn't have paid upfront.

  12. "SNAPDEAL".... These guys are not LOSERS.... They are CHEATS..... incompetent and irresponsible morons !! They are not concerned about aligning the gap between the retailer and the customer.

    No proper customer care number where you can reach out....no proper complaint registration forum....nothing in terms of grievance redressal ... If you do manage to call them, you hear an automated reply "All our customer care executives are busy. You can either opt for them to call you back or you can choose to be in queue".. the best part is when you are told that you are 152nd in queue (can you imagine .. !!) ...... So, the only option that you are left with is to opt for them to call you back and you do not have to be a genius to figure out that the so-called "call back" never comes....!!

    Ordered an item HUL Pureit Marvella Slim RO Water Purifier (Order ID - 2924130375) from these inept idiots on the 25th of September. Expected delivery date was 6th of October. Lo and behold... I am yet to receive it... Their associated courier partners is BLUEDART. Dealing with them is another part. Have called them 5 times in the last 10 days. Have only received promises of the product being delivered but the actual product is yet to arrive.

    The only possibility that comes to mind is these unprofessional bastards have misplaced it. Now, I am left with the tedious task of trying to get my money back. I am taking them to consumer court for this, that is for sure.
    I would request everyone to not take things lying down....stand up for your rights... It is your hard-earned money that these guys are filling their pockets with. Take stern action. These incompetent and unprofessional cheats do not deserve to exist. They ought to be brought down.

    Vouch for any other e-commerce site but not this one.... This one sucks big time.... FRAUDS and CHEATS..!!

  15. I placed order (no 3178462311) for Tata sky HD connection with set top box antenna and one month free subscription. The supplier sent me retail invoice with out any material and service. I have been complaining to Snapdeal ( complaint nos 10636532,10815661). I get standard answer “We are looking”.There is no toll free number. I reached them with lot of waiting and spending money I get same type of noncommittal answer. No senior person is accessable. Once they asked me to contact Tatasky. Tatasky expressed ignorance about our dealing with Snapdeal. I paid money to Snapdeal. It is their responsibility to supply and tie-up with vendors. I requested them to refund my money.There is no response for that also.Their “Trustpay” is bogus it looks. Some more customers had similar experience.They hide customer’s ratings/views Now I am left high and dry. Do not know where to go. It is nothing but cheating.

But In the snapdeal website you mentioned product dispatch takes 1 day and delivery takes 2-3 days. But from last 12 days I am writing mails to snapdeal website, but nobody is responding.

    I am very angry and sad with your services. I lost my patience. snapdeal is very worst online site and poor service I never ever undergone.

    In snapdeal website you mentioned TRUST PAY(if product not dispatched in 3 days,will refund money back), all are false statements, and I am not recommending this website to any of my friends.

    Your Replacement process is veerrrryyyy very WORST, and due to that I would never prefer to Snapdeal as compare to Flipkart, bcoz services of Flipkart is far more better than you & even Flipkart's replacement process is Too fast as compare to you.

    If you are not able to cope up with your est. shipping date, then plz don't give wrong esp. shipping date. I had been given EST. Shipping date of 14th & then without any notice you changed ship. date to 19th, that's not Fair at all, and still my product has not been shipped....

    I had returned my product & it reached you on 8th and today is 19th and still my replacement has not been Shipped :'(

      I have received a separate email that my order has been canceled without my acknowledge.

      Now in this blog you have mentioned that you are working on my issue.

      I do not want you to communicate with your customer support. If you really care or value your customers please process my order for which you have collected payment from me.

      Or else we as a customer will assume that snapdeal new concept of running their business is used customers money for a month without interest and then mentioned that we have cancel you oder and process a refund which will take 21 business days as it is banks policy.

      If you really value your customers, please process the order and revert me on this forum.

      Also, very important stop blaming your supplier or distributor for not delivering the product, as we have paid money to snapdeal and not to your suppliers or distributor.

      Please start taking ownership of delivering the product as it is your own business, Instead of blaming others. Or referring customers to your unseen policy and procedures.

      I hope I have clearly voice my opinion on behalf of all the customers and your management team gets the message and act accordingly.

    Joints are loose and rusted
    Color of the wrist band is dull as compared to the image shown in picture
    Black spots are seen at the back side of the watch it seems that the watch is used

  34. Snapdeal is fake online marketing company. It's selling old and duplicate item's. I ordered 3 item's. 1 item is battery backup which damage with in 10 days. And 2nd item is wrist watch which damage in 5 days. I can lodge a case vai consumer forum. So i give you prior information.
    3rd item is flip cover which still not received. His courier agent come at my campus in my absence. I am living at 1st floor in that campus. He said to my wife come downstairs and collect your items. My wife told him that's no any males members present in my house and my kids are so small. please deliver at my doorstep. I am unable to come downstairs. Then courier agent said i am not your servant. If you not comes down then i will cancel your orders. After all he cancelled my ordered.     I am Amrita I have purchased One induction cooker with Kadhai on 29 Jan -2015 is delivery date (order no: 4481484987 worth Rs - 1440) and after 15 days its plate got damaged . So i had a call with snapdeal customer care executive he said me to go to I play service center but there they said that they wont claim the warranty from snapdeal . they told if we repair you have to pay 2000 rs why we will pay this much amount still it is in warranty period.
    Now i am very frustrated with all this things. I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    I had put an order no.7022317516 dated 01-04-2015 for Tecom Bolt 3G which was delivered to me manufacturedly defective on 04-07-2015 against which I immediately lodged a complaint of Return / Refund Ticket ID: 03380445 dated 04-07-2015.

    SNAPDEAL peson Rajat / Ravi called me to acknowledge this complaint on 07/07/2015 at 2.30Pm and shooted retun memo to Federal Express , who have not picked up the defective piece till 12-07-2015 10AM.

    Mr. Rajat/Ravi hard pressed that if the manufacturing defect of Earphone point in Tescom Bolt not working is not found by them , the same piece would be returned to me or refund initiated.

    Are we customers real fools who for nothing are going to creat such hullabaloo??? And how could their customer service doubts so instead they should feel sorry for the working the their quality department who just sends such deteriorative quality product to their customers . And in this situation revert product at the earliest . Furthur to this the smartness these people have done is that they have blocked all communication against his ORDER and ID.

    Finally during discussion with Mr. Rajat /Ravi I stressed that I would get the product checked to the courier pick up man and get signed a decleration that he also confirms to my complaint since he is the person who is ging to represent SNAPDEAL at my premises , he after a long pressed discussion accepted that his acceptance would be treated as final if the report of his quality department contradicts our joint declaration.

    However the product has not been picked up till today.

    My hard earned money has been robbed for no fault of mine.

  59. I have ordered many products from snap deal. the service is very good and I got all the products in ood shape and expected quality.
    Return policy is also very good. One saree and one dress I bought were of not so good quality, so returned back and got the money refunded automatically.
    Recently I have a bad experience, I gave a shipment address which the courier guys are not able to find and the mobile number I gave is not working. So there should be someway where I can contact the courier guys or I can change the phone number I gave. This helps save everyone's time.

So i requested for the replacement . the next day one customer care executive called me and told me to take to the service center.     Placed an order for a digital photo frame 12" XElectron worth Rs5190- vide order no 12032126948 dt 28.2.16 and same was delivered on 3.3.16
    On starting the photo frame, a defect was noticed "a white strip across the frame about 2" wide blocking the picture" which was immediately conveyed to the concerned snapdeal rep on phone as well as a request on mail was sent and a ref no 20296971 dt 3.3.16 was given for further queries. Also, it was mentioned that within 48 hrs, I will be contacted by snapdeal. no one contacted and on my further contacting snapdeal, I spoke to one customer care rep who asked to upload the photos of defective frame. Did the same and in return mail sent by snapdeal, I was asked to take the frame to the service center in Ghaziabad as the electronic gadgets are not covered in the return/replacement policy.
    It was surprising that I had to carry the frame from Jammu to Ghaziabad UP, for the rectifying the manufacturing defect.
    Today, again I spoke to Ms.Chamanpreet rep in customer care at snapdeal whom I requested to forward my call to some senior of hers which was not entertained and I was told that I will be contacted in next 48 hrs.
    I am disgusted with this type of behavior from snapdeal.
    I once again request the snapdeal authorities to replace the product immediately or refund the money failing which I may contact the other concerned for appropriate action

I got stuck by buying a modem from snap deal, I thought it's combined (modem and router) but by mistake I ordered only router, now as per snapdeal electronics item policy( which is only mentioned in their rule and not in item description) they will only replace or refund after manufacturer recomendation, which will not work in my case.
    I won't recommend any to buy any electronics item from these online suppliers,it's simple trap untill u know item details and rules in advance.

  103. SNAPDEAL HAS TO CHANGE ITS NAME TO SNAPCUSTOMERS.

    Its customer service sucks. I purchased an aluminium stool which got delivered as promised. However, the product quality was not as expected as it bends when you stand on it. It is ridiculous that they claim that it can take a weight of 150 kgs, I am far less than half of 150 kgs. I wanted to return the product and when I tried to raise a return request, SNAPDEAL only gave me an option of credit to something called freecharge account and not to my credit card. This is again ridiculous as I wanted my money refunded to my credit card, like the way AMAZON does it amazingly. I had written to the customer care some 5 times, and not once I have received any response.

    IT IS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND STUPID EXPERIENCE WITH SNAPDEAL. THIS WAY, THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON.

  106. This is to intimate you that I have been chasing Snapdeal for last 20 days in order to the raised return and refund complaint for the Karbon mobile having order number 12464294473.
    I have been promised bye your executives for the pickup since last 20 days. Yesterday the pickup was wrongly closed blaming me that, I have closed it from my end. After initiating it again I had promised that the item will be picked up with in two days. lastly I received a mail having told to send the item to your office.
    The whole scenario is ridiculous. Snapdeal have never kept their words.
    I want my refund to be initiate on immediate basis. Else I have lost my patience and unfortunately I have to lodge a fraud complaint against you. I have enough evidence to prove my point in the court.

As ring does not fits me therefore its of no use to me. I courier it back to your New Delhi address after fully confirming it with your customer care executive (which now seems unreliable) by spending rs.120 from my pocket and that courier was shipped back due to incomplete address or so.
    I have already faced harassment from your side and ought to believe that a renowned company endorsed by celebrities is fooling people.

    Now if I try in customers care number they give only two option:
    1. Picked up is attempted but I have cancelled
    2. Re-scheduling of the picked up
    If you agreed with the above press 1 or/either 2
    Where the picked up is already done on 15th April, 2016 (Courier Slip- AWB-SND2542844). I have informed them many time in writing as well as orally, so it is not correct to select any option provided to me over the phone from my number.
    Anyone please help me how do I go about it. I am behind them almost a month to tell them that the picked is done. But still they give upside down status in the website and not refunding.
    I have record of all the communication from inception with the snap deal.

Next I once again ordered another Interactive board on the 5th of September 2016 along with 3 more items including a blue Tricycle scooter + Apple iPhone 6 cover + Navy polyester raincoat (Order ID - 14997988283) only this time the price at which the interactive board was offered was @ ₹ 15,500. 3 items out of the 4 ordered were dispatched & received but the Interactive board was canceled. After speaking to your customer service representative I was given the reason that due to lack of verification the Interactive board was canceled.

    What I need to know as why am I being given such a stupid excuse that since the customer service could not contact me over the phone( which I can bet is a lie too) they cancelled the Interactive board? If the same is to be believed then all the items should have been cancelled, why just the board?

    I, too understand that maybe it was too much to give out such an expensive item at 50% discount but then trust is a factor once broken takes a lifetime to rebuild. I would urge you to browse through my entire history of shopping with Snapdeal & you'll see I have ordered worth lacs of items from your site & this is how I'm treated? I strongly urge you to correct the goof up at your end or else I will not only cancel all my orders & never order from Snapdeal ever again but also ask all my colleagues & friends , relatives to stop using Snapdeal but all ask all of my 500+ employees to boycott Snapdeal as well.

    I hope my last effort of appealing to the highest authorities would beget me some sort of redemption & I would soon see some professionalism & ethics by ensuring that my order is restored.

I am e-mailing daily but the yare not taking any initataive to refund onle the are extending it by day or two . two weeks had passed , i am thinking of taking legal action to consumer forum

    This is not the first time but its like regular in Snapdeal.You order your package and definetly the package will not be delevierd in time,now its become there trademark (never on time... I recently order a back cover of Lenovo K3 Note on 13 sep the order id is 15132585314 worth rs 299/- all inclusive,the estimated delivery date is 18 sep to 22 sep fine but as on yesterday i got a message regarding my order that the order is going to delevered today and the best part the delivery guy didnt tuned up like always not even they are calling before they are coming to delivery,like all the rest online shopping sites are doing,and after that they are sending me a message that the delivery attempt was unsuccesfull because the person which means I was not present when the delivery guy come.Want to add one more experiance i order a Lenovo A6000 back cover on 08 sep order id is 15038306950.This time i got the order on time but it was a manufacturing defect that the cover did not fit wel to my phone i call the Snapdeal costomer care no they told me to keep that with you they will file a complain and the person will come to collect the order back, i did the same the person come and picked my order and after that i cant track my order yet called in that costomer care no but its telling me the registered no is not found means i didnt order anything from that registered mobile no cum on yarr this is not the first time i am ordering from that no its been several time.
    I am really upset because of this service,if the concern person from Snapdeal read this i want him to call me back and update me with my orders

  178. I have placed an order on 15th Sept. I got intimation that it will reach between 20th Sept to 24th Sept. It looks like I may not receive it on 24th also. Worst service from snapdeal. I thought to buy many products from snapdeal. Now I have to change my decision. I will not recommend anyone to buy the product from snapdeal.

  179. I have ordered Sennheiser CX275S from snapdeal. After delivery, i checked the sound. It was horrible. it is giving sound like rs.200 earphone. I thought product is defective but when i checked my box, i came to know that the product is itself fake/ duplicate. Really very disappointed with snapdeal. If any1 want proof, i can give. Now, i have made return / replacement request. let's see what they will do.

Very frustrated with such a horrible services SNAPDEAL renders to their customers. Please stop setting false expectations to your customers.

    This is Praveen Shukla, I have ordered one product with order id: 15266248153 1 week back, the product expected delivery is Today that is sep 09, today I waited for the product for whole day as I got the message that today it will be delivered, but in the evening I got a message saying the product is not delivered, you did not even said the reason for that, not even you provided the phone number of the guy who is going to deliver, not even that guy called me, You know what , snapdeal is worst in term of delivering the item, u dont value the customer time, this is the not the way the company runs . Amazon and Flipkart is way better than your company, they always deliver the product before estimated time. This is not the first time I am experience this issue with you guys. If the customer is ordering something, that mean he is in need of that thing, if you do not deliver the product in time then understand the frustration of the customer.
    I have suggestion for you, if you want to run the company and if you want to get the profit then first and foremost thing you should do is deliver the product in time.(remember time is more important than money).
    Hope you take my suggestion seriously.

I have purchased one uni2 lab...actually it is not working properly the screen in the middle is not working the screen is not touching...I have complained about this engeneer also came for checking for that product he came and he gave letter and said they will come and collet it within 2 days engineer came on 19/9/16..I had called to customer care also they told that send that receipt which the engineer gave..i have mailed that also but no one had come to collect it...pls send someone to collect it...nearly 15 days over...pls collect and refund my money back which I have given already...pls come and collect the product

Please don't shop from snapdeal due to they have not allow or any option for talk to his executive secondly they have delivery option is only bluedart courrier and delivery boy of bluedart wrong reporting in his system because without attempt they are reported we have attempted now reschedule after 3 days itmean after 50 to 20 days snapdeal systems not able to delivery at Gujarat big city i.e. VADODARA SO please are are requested pleas don't buy/shop any items from snapdeal and delivery option through Bluedart
