  2. Please do not deal with Snapdeal. Their support is useless and pathatic service. I booked a kitchen appliance on 12May and till date I am struggling to trace my shipment. Despite calling them everyday I have not received even a single call back nor my product. All I received is my credit card bill. Do not encourage any of your friends to deal with Snapdeal.

    2. I ordered for a shirt n pant.. Was damaged so they came picked it up the next day.. Its been more than 5 months now I haven't got my money back from them neither have I received I call from them.. I have been calling them everyday once they say 25 days on the website they say 4-7 which is all bull.. Never use snapdeal.. Use other websites like flipkart n all that.. They r 100 times better than this idiotic snapdeal

They are not even providing courier service name. This snapdeal is a big shit. It has crossed the estimated delivery date. So far they haven't delivered the product. No update by them on the product. Don't make yourself fool by buying from this cheater snapdeal. You will loose your satisfaction on the product

  12. Terrible service. I placed an order for shoes on 30 September. Pray tell me, are the shoes going to walk by themselves and come home?   14. My order 3144195410 is suppose to deliver on 17th but till now not delivered. It was couriered through GATI. It actually reached on 14th as per track record.But not delivered yet. This Gati is big time liers. Rascals have updated the status "customer requested another delivery date" where in they never called me in fact they did not pic my call when I tried calling them to check status. Snap deal is hope less.

  25. i have purchased 2 items both were defective and the colour was not the one i have ordered. even then i did not complain thinking they would change. but even my friend ordered a mobile battery that was defective which was broken.
    most important the toll free number is not working it says"please check the number you have dialled".
    and the goods i have purchased were almost felt like second hand goods so please dont buy any of their goods.
    at last to snapdeal
    eat some shit from flipcart u will get some sense.
    i have brought 4 products from FLIPCART even mobile included with no defect at all.

Worst courier service from snapdeal, the courier guy before coming to the place send an SMS to come & collect the parcel & agian immediatly sends one more SMS as come fast else i will go, when i call & tell the guy to wait he replies after all to give you a parcel i need to wait in hot sun, why cant you people go & buy in shop etc etc etc........... very rubbish he tolk & the courier is from GOJAVAS & the courier guy name is NAGRAJ. Becuase of worst service in courier suggested all my colleauges & friends not to order from snapdeal.
