    sir, in hisar we have costumer care of motorala named as Balaji communication.
    there are 2 shops of balaji communication both of them are of same person.
    Today i went to shop as my phone is not working. i asked him to check it. he said it will cost 100 rs for battery check up. Then i said ok.
    After checking battery when he opened the set he told me that we also have costumer care near by and that was also ours. According to his words he is the owner of care and he also was. After checking he told me that your phone is dead.Mother board should be replaced.
    Confirm rate form other shop which was also named as balaji communication.
    When i reached there he told me that warranty of your phone is out because it was opened in private market.
    they are creation hoax in hisar.
    they are fooling people by putting same name.
    and he also talks very rough with costumers. HE also miisbihave with me when i talk with him to clear my doubt. sir, please repair my phone.

    I bought Moto E 2nd generation with 4G LTE dual sim on 28-06-2015 through on-line Flipcart by paid amount Rs.8000/- around all carry charges. After 15 days two slots for sims failed to work. I approached Moto service centre Visakhapatnam. He demanded 80% of the phone cost, even though one year warranty.

    What to do now? I request to replace by another piece as early as possible. Please suggest me through my e-mail.

    Praveen: But my mobile didn't power up though it was charged more than 50% when I had last used.
    Praveen: I called to helpline and as per their instructions regarding holding of power button pressed
    and also using the VOL down keys etc. but since it didn't worked they advised me to visit to Authorised
    Centre for service
    Praveen: And there starts the problem in Kolkata , India. Your service partnership is not corroborating
    to your strata at all.
    Praveen: The centre has taken franchisee of several mobile companies and has a very little space for
    the vistors/customers only 10x8 i.e. hardly 80 sqft room.
    Praveen: Only one person to deal, they took the phone but not able to tell how much it would cost in
    repair. And a very heavy charge of Rs 400/= service charge even if I would not agree for the job if costs
    too much.

    hope if your sending by courier will get it 2 to 3 days with in india even from US. i hope the parts is coming from Galaxy ?

    Here's my Job No: AMSFLA010852, date of purchase: 30/07/2015

    I have given my Moto G3 to your service center in Jayanagar: B2X Moto Flagship for external display replacement on 9th December 2015. But to my surprise, till date the issue is not been resolved. Mind you guys its over 2 months that you guys are not able to get the job done *******!!!

    How many times do I have to call you, each time I complained, I have received assurances from you guys that the delivery would be made in few days or weeks. These promises are the kind that can only be referred to as "empty" SICKENING.

    I have been without my phone since 2 months, do you guys have any idea of the inconvenience that you have caused to me. And i demand: 'the extended warranty period upto the date my phone is not delivered to me and also the waiver of the total charges to be incurred for the display replacement.'

    One last advise to you guys is, if you are not able to deliver the service on time "JUST CLOSE DOWN YOUR SERVICE CENTERS" rather than troubling the customers.

    You guys are so NEGLIGIBLE !!!!!

    I am writing this message with deep disappointment and vexation.

    I have been a faithful admirer of MOTOROLLA mobiles since my high school days. It was my dream to buy a phone from MOTOROLLA. But I was not able to buy a phone at my school time. But eventually I made my dream come true on 6th October 2014 by purchasing a MOTO E from FLIPKART. (The IMEI/Serial No: 353317060269140; Tax Invoice # BLR_WFLD20141000230871 ). I liked the Moto brand, and after 10 months (05TH August 2015) I bought MOTO G3 from flipkart (The IMEI/Serial No: 355490062265032; Tax Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD20150800258481) .I bought it for INR 12,999. After a couple of days on usage this is my favorite phone so far , and recommended to my cousin Mr. HARSH R.J and he also bought it from FLIPKART on 06th September 2015 at same rate. (The IMEI/Serial No: 355490067909683 ; Tax Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD20150900188755). Also recommended to my friend Mr.Abhilash (IMEI/Serial No: 355490062051754), our company CRO(Moto G3), Mr.Midhun( Moto X Style and Moto G3) , and Mr.Sunil( Moto G3) and so on…

    On 26th December 2015 it felled on from my hand and screen broken and I just stepped to the authorized service centre on Trivandrum Kerala B. 2X SMART COMMUNICATIONS , TC 26/15(11), GROUND FLOOR ANNAS ARCADE, SPENCER JUNCTION,MG ROAD TRIVANDRUM-695001. They agreed to replace the screen at a cost of INR 5200, and give me back on 9/1/2016. But unfortunately the screen had some complaint such us auto working, automatic call going, touch sensor is bad, and overheating. I again complained to them, and they checked for one week and said there is mother board problem and return back after servicing. After a couple of days on 3rd feb 2016 I returned the phone to service centre and informed that it will take 3 more weeks to get new screen. I cant wait again 3 weeks for this.



    I didnt expected this from a very very reputed company from Motorola . I am really upset over this because I recommended to many of them and it will directly affect to me if same thing happens to them. Just consider this message as a "remark" from one among your well wishers and please do "extra care" for servicing and spare parts. Also attaching some of the invoice copy and acknowledgement of service request.

  38. My moto G is losing memory like any mentally sick person. I get call from a person to day, I save his number & tomorrow I try to tetreave the same number but it is not available. I go to the person OK personally & get his number & enter his number on my Moto blody G , while do that the contact details appear on top of the screen & it says this contact does not exist. I try to launch a complaint with Motorola customer care, it asks for category, which is not at all clear, it is not customer friendly. It looks like it is better to go in for the Rs. 250 android phone than buy this junk for Rs. 13000 thousand & the company which selling does not care to calm the customer & check. There was a Toll Free number, which is of US & when I call I loses lots of money. I do not understand. Listen all Moto users we should join to gather & Dave Indan citizens from getting FOOLED by this comoany

    आपको अवगत कराना है,कि मैने अपना मोबाइल moto e 2nd gen.जो कि राजीव ओझा,पता ३८१/१६ मीरापुर,इलाहाबाद,उ.प्र.के नाम से खरीदा है।
    कुछ दिन पहले ही सर्विस सेंटर में डिस्प्ले की समस्या के कारण बनाने के लिए दिया था।डिस्प्ले की खराबी तो ठीक हो गयी किन्तु फोन के एक सिम स्लाट ने काम करना बन्द कर दिया । जो कि सर्विस सेंटर के अकुशल कारीगरों द्वारा छेडछाड करने के कारण हुआ है,पुन:फोन की मरम्मत के लिए देने पर सर्विस सेंटर वालों ने रु. ८५० की मांग की जो की अनुचित है व आपकी साख को कम करती है।
    इसका संज्ञान लेने की क्रपा करें

  54. Moto service centre in chennai is very worst. I gave my phone on Jan 2 , 2016. Got it back after service on march 3, 2016.

    But the service was not satisfactory. I cant able to charge the phone. So once again I approached the same centre. But still it is under service. they have not even issued the computerized order number. Very worst service centre in Chennai. My request is dont buy Moto products.

  55. Moto service centre in vizag is too worst as I gave my phone on feb 25 still and they didn't return my phone yet. When I called the service centre they are giving different answers that my phone will be given in 2 days, when I call them after 2 days they are saying that mobile part didn't arrived. This is not the way to give service to the costumor by great giant like motorala. no body can expect such ir-resposible customer care.   65. Pondicherry service centre(Smart care) is Very worst responsable service centre. i didn't satsisfy there customer support.
    I give my mobile for that service centre for fault (quick mobile heating and MP3 speaker not working sometimes) on 31-5-16. they didn't deliver now itself(14-06-16). They told silly reasons for all times like ( power shutdown, Wifi not working in service centre, etc,,)

With great respect,I want to say that I have given a motorolla android celphone for repairing at Jamnagar tritronix service center my estimate job card no.2470 on 7th july 2016..there I filled a form for its repairing in the warranty period..I have the problem with my celphone that it is not getting charged
    Aftr that,I called to that service center on 14th July 2016 for asking tha report then,I was told by the company that the warranty date for my celphone is completed and now I will have to fill a charagable form of 200rs.
    It means that in 7days didnt checked the fault of my celphone nd neither they informed me about the completion of warranty date..and this smartphone is made in India so why I will have to pay the checking charge
    Motorolla is the best company of smartphone so I spent 20000 for it and then also I am facing such problems..and why the company is being so much careless about our problems and not paying heed in solving it..?? My cell was only 6month old and its seal pack and my cell touch paid was damage and its completely working .. If i was giving mobile in warranty perioud then i was wait for 7to15 days otherwise i'll pay for repairing then my cell is repaired in 1-2 days my mobile I.M.E.I NO IS 358953060369210 i hope you solving my problem.

  82. I have purchased MOTO G2 through Flipkart receipt no:1483769 in September 2014. My mobile was charging slowly from past 20 days. After 20 days, it stopped permanently.

    Then I gave it to MOTO authorized service center B2X Malleshwaram, Bangalore for repair and they charged Rs 230/- for checking problem.(Job card no 3766 dt:16/6/2016). Then they gave report that the MOTHER BOARD should be replaced which cost is Rs 10,400/-. Is your MOTO mobile works only for 23 months ?.
    I could use it only for 23 months.

    KINDLY REPLACE OR REPAIR MY MOBILE WITH FREE OF COST.

  88. WORST QUALITY OF PRODUCT AS WELL AS SERVICE.
    I purchased one land line phone Motorola CT202 from Snap deal in July end and it stopped working within 15-20 days.

    Please note that the number provided i.e., 1800 102 2344 is not catering to land line phone related complaints. As per the service executive 1-800-102-2344 is only for android devices. on requesting them they have given me some numbers right from International no. to Gurgaon, Bangalore etc but every time the Motorola staff attending the phone has told that this is not the no. for complaints regarding land line phones and whatever no. they have provided have replied on similar lines with the net result that I still don't know whom to contact to redress my grievance.

  89. Hai guys plz do not buy the motorola gen 4 plus. Its waste phone, i bought a phone from amazon last month and after 20 days the phone was over heating and the phone was automatically operating and the charing will be down with in 5 mins .the charging was 100% after 10 mins the battery is 0 % with out using the phone only it is over heating and its waste product, i took to the service center at secundra bad sri sai service center one of the motorola authorised service center, I told the proem and they said might be issue with the soft ware we will service for you. They took the phone and after one week they gave me, the phone was working fine 2 days and the same problem started again, i went to same service center again they said the same thing might be the soft ware issue, they are saying that we should not insert sim card and memory card and we sholud not use any apps it seems, if there is no sim, memory card , apps why we will take the phone, they are saying there is no solution for this we will repair for you and you use it if the problem comes again plz come again Nd.wewill do the repair again, so we should be roaming to service center for every 2 days wht the fish is dis, guys plz share this message to all i faced the problem again after they repaired the 2nd time also plz do not buy the moto products.

I did first complaint for this issue on 22nd Aug 2016, Job number:-  AMSDEH010155 and your team gave me another job number AMSDEH010303 on 24th Aug 2016. After many follow ups your team called me on 16th Sep 2016 but issue was not resolved and told me for new job number. It's about 1 month for this issue. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

  96. I had purchased MOTO G4 PLUS through amazon in the month of MAY 2016. After 3 months of satisfactory performance, all of sudden the set start heating up during charging & stop charging and become in active and in operative.
    i took the set to one of the authorised service center, "Friends collection " at Varanasi and explained the problem faced .
    they had taken the set and created the Job order VOM/MG/16/ 00763 dated 12 Sept, 2016.They told that there might be issue of PCB and it will be rectified as soon as new part will be arrived from MOTO .after followup so many times they are saying that spare parts is still to arrive.

    we have taken the matter twice with the Director Services by mail they replied that your case will be assigned to Motorola Escalation Team and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
    Almost a months is going to pass and my mobile is still lying with MOTO service center Varanasi and no body from MOTO and service center is giving proper response.

    This is not the way to give service to the costumor by great giant like motorala. no body can expect such ir-responsible customer care. This is very deeply regretting from my side work order no VOM/MG/16/00763
