    1. Absolutely right. Collected the payment assuring the connection within 5 days. 25 days over, i donot know where my money has gone no one has turned up, nor anybody called from the company. The helpdesk is troubling me to provide information about the status of my application and money. believing these people i have surrendered by bsnl connection.

  6. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC NOT JUST FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS, EVEN FOR NEW BUSINESS THE SERVICE IS DISMAL. IT HAS BEEN 25 DAYS WITH 5 CALLS REGISTERED WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE.

  7. Very worst customer care service I have ever seen in my lifetime. Problem with internet connection for the past two days. Nobody attended my call for the past two days. Whenever I call the helpline I get only this recorded message. "All our executives are currently busy in attending other calls..." God knows for whom they are attending calls. WTF.....Damn shit man...I will ensure that no new connections are taken by people in my area. I will also not recommend this shit provider to anybody in my locality.

  11. I paid money for monthly bill Rs.1201 and they said they didn't receive it. Bank says its been sent to them and asking for confirmation from ACT stating they didn't receive the money. For which ACT is neither confirming nor sending mail saying so from past 21 days. ACT customer service is horrible.
